half of these reviews are BS lol, it took my order 3 days to ship and 2 days to arrive. Earlier than the expected date.

No Phone #!! Bad reviews!! Fake reviews!!

After reading the reviews I would not have purchased from them. Vape Society has not shipped my order either so don't order from them. I think I've been ripped off twice in 2 weeks. EV has no phone number, so its easy to blow you off. I'm writing this on 6/4/21 and will update soon.

They aren’t worth doing business with. Other online vape stores take care of their customers, these people do not.

Worst customer support

Worst customer support, as in they never reply. Good luck getting your money back. They lure you in with amazing prices, free shipping, new deals all the time and then they never send your product you pay for and never answer your messages. Nor do they have a phone line for customer support.

They shipped me the wrong item

They shipped me the wrong item. Getting a hold of them is extremely hard. They don’t respond to their emails or their DM’s on Instagram. Just take a look at their Instagram, it will show you how many mad FORMER customers they have.

Return policy is a joke for this company

These guys are terrible to their customers I purchased several disposable Vapes on their Mother’s Day special and after a week I received several leaking Vapes, I tested two to see if they would work with a bit of missing juice and they burned my throat. Either way their return policy is incredibly strict and the customer service is difficult to get ahold of and when you do they’re rude as possible. Kinda feel like lighting someone on fire atm

scamming business

I placed my order on april 5th my order shipped april 7th thru Xdelivery. i have tried to contact 8vape with no success so far i spen $180. My package still hasnt shown up! on the Xdelivery tracking it says it was delivered to a house on West Rochelle Ave. & South Edmond St. but i don't live on those streets i live off of West. Spring Mountain Rd! i want to know why my package was delivered to the wrong address! if i dont get a reply im going to BBB and filing a complaint and i will dispute the charge off my debit card and leave any negative feedback/review i can on any and all social media outlets and other sites that allows reviews!! i want answers and i want the name of the shipping company because i know xdelivery is just a platform for shipping companies!!

If I could rate them a zero I would. My package was shipped April 16.... and supposedly got delivered on may 8.... yet, i never got it. This company used to be good. At this point I want my money back. Stay clear from this company. Don’t do it. Their customer service sucks. Eventually they have to close shop... or, I hope so because this is horrible business

Shipping Nightmare x2

Ordered on 04/01, package went across the country, went "out for delivery" and then back across the country. Finally they said it was lost after I filed my Route insurance. I requested a refund through Route but EightVape decided to try and ship it again with the same carrier. The same thing happened. It went "out for delivery' and then back across the country and now it's "delayed" in my city.

Literally...the worst delivery service…

Literally...the worst delivery service of all Vape supplies companies in the US.
Competitive pricing...awful service. Never respond to emails, complaints...they just don’t care...but happy to take your money.
I will never order from these amateurs again.
You pay a ridiculous amount for priority delivery and it takes over 3 weeks to get to you.
Vape Royalty are miles better, slightly more expensive but amazing service...use them instead people!

Bad delivery service …

This review is only about the new delivery service, I ordered on 4/8 and as of 4/26 still no package. $15.99 in shipping cost and it’s a week plus late. Calling it quits with eightvape

16.99 for shipping now WITHOUT updates…

16.99 for shipping now WITHOUT updates on your package that you have to sign for!!! I give them 3 stars instead of 2 because they have been my vape store for about 2 years now without any complaints. Low cost, had what I was looking for 8/10Xs. But this new shipping method has completely lost all my business. I was paying around 8 for shipping before the new bill, and now its 16.99 bc it requires a signature (I was fine with the new charge bc of the low cost of juice I purchase), but they cant even give you an estimated delivery day with that shipping cost nor any updates along the way(and you have to sign for it). Its been over a week since I made my purchase, and it left the store in transit to me 5 days ago. Still havent heard anything else. Even the tracking number website doesnt work. Never even heard of the shipping company either. I purchased from another vape company the same night due to eightvape not having my coils in stock (element vape, who is further away from my state than eightvape) and I have already recieved my package that I had to sign for, as well as kept up with where my package was for 12.99 shipping. I sure hope eightvape can figure this out before they lose to much business.
